  We had a great experience at Snooze in Ballina. They have technology in store to show you what beds are best suited to your body weight and sleeping position so we were able to narrow down options and choose a mattress with more direction than the two other stores we had looked at buying from.
  
  We also really appreciated the genuine customer service that was not "salesy" but real and relaxed with no pressure. It was also an informative experience.
  
  Jane, one of the owners, personally showed us around the store and advised us on the benefits of different mattresses, even staying with us after hours to ensure we chose the right option without us having to rush our decision.
  
  Importantly, we were able to get affordable but comfortable matresses for our guest rooms ($299 and $399) and then a more upmarket bed for ourselves. It was great that we could get the "full spectrum" of mattresses all under one roof which saved us time and energy!
